What do I do if I have questions about my loan?

Does my contract have a grace period?

No. Monthly payments are all due on or before their due date. Your interest accrues on a daily basis, so past due payments have additional interest charges. However, we do not usually assess a late charge unless payments are more than 10 days past due. If you know you will not be able to make your payment on time, please contact our office immediately to discuss your situation make arrangements for the late payment.

Can I make payments online?

Yes, you can make regular payments anytime online. However, past due payments can NOT be made online. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD online 24 hours a day. Please be advised that a $7 processing fee will apply for ALL debit or credit transactions.

How do I change my due date?

Typically, we allow a customer to change their due date once per contract term if it is truly going to help them make future payments on time. If you feel you are in need of a due date change, please call our office during normal business hours to discuss your request.

What should I do if my monthly payment is going to be late?

Communication is key. Our staff is willing to work with you to make arrangements on your account if we are properly notified about an issue before your next due date. Honesty is always the best policy. If you are open and honest about your situation, our customer service team will go above and beyond to help in making these arrangements. Please be advised that we take broken promises very seriously, so please do not make arrangements that you do not intend to keep.

What is your refund or return policy?

Please be advised that there is no such thing as "returning" a vehicle. Any default on your loan will ultimately result in repossession, loss of down payment, and further collection activity. We at Quality Funding do everything in our power to avoid these situations, and have various ways of working with our customers to prevent repossession. If a potential problem arises, please contact our office immediately to discuss your options before it is too late. Do not wait until the last minute to make arrangements for payments.

Is there a prepayment penalty?

No, there is no prepayment penalty at Quality Funding.

How do I obtain a payoff amount for my loan?

For any payoff questions, please call our office during regular business hours. We will be able to quote you a payoff that is good for 10 days.

Will I receive a monthly statement?

No, you will not receive a monthly statement. All payments during your loan will be the same amount due on the same day of each month. You will receive a receipt via email when your payment has been processed. A transaction history can be sent to you upon request.

How does interest accrue?

Your interest accrues on a daily basis. It is computed using your unpaid principal balance at your interest rate. You can reduce the overall cost of your interest by making payments early, paying more than your regular payment, or both. If you would like to make principal-only payments, please call our office during normal business hours, and a member of our staff can assist you with the transaction.

Can I mail my payments?

Mailed payments are highly discouraged. We have had several instances when USPS has not delivered the mail in a timely manner. We have also seen cases of lost or stolen payments. If you choose to take this risk, we recommend sending the payment with a tracking number so you can be assured when the payment has been delivered. Please be advised that payments are posted on the day they are received, NOT on the date they are postmarked.

Can I come to your office to make my payment?

Yes! We love to meet our customers in person. All customers are welcome to come to our office and pay with cash, money order, or cashier's check. Our office is located at 6930 Evergreen Way Everett, WA 98203. We are in the People's Bank parking lot right next to Alfy's Pizza.

Can I make my payment over the phone?

Yes! We accept one-time payments with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards over the phone during regular business hours. We do not store any card information, so you will need to read us the card information each month. Please be advised that a $7 processing fee will apply for ALL debit or credit transactions.

I totaled my vehicle and I purchased GAP. Will GAP payoff my account?

Possibly. The amount paid by the GAP may reduce the amount you owe, but sometimes it won’t actually pay off the entire outstanding balance on your account. This is usually due to exclusions of coverage, such as interest accrued after the date of loss, any late charges, certain past due payments, and any loan to value limitation. Please refer to your GAP policy for specific details on the applicable exclusions and details on how the GAP amount is calculated. If you provide us with copies of your primary insurance claim settlement (including your deductible information), and your police report from the accident, we will be happy to assist you in filing a GAP claim. Please be aware that some GAP administrators may require additional documentation to process a claim.
